If you are not satisfied with your Eyeleos purchase, we offer a return or one-time exchange within 30 days of purchase for non-prescription products.
Prescription products must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a one-time store credit.

- Only items purchased in the last 30 days for non-prescription products and within 14 days from delivery for prescription products are eligible for returns
- Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
